This journal has helped me in so many ways. I was able to navigate my emotions better with the prompts given, not just that because of the quality of the thick paper, I don't just write but I also paint and make it colourful. This journal has seen it all! 💫
I was really excited when this revamped journal was announced.!!! I am really happy with the quality.. Journal prompt tagging helps easily pop in to whichever needed. The postcards freebie is so cool..!!
The journal is very simple to use. You have the option of using prompts or simply dumping your feelings out on paper. The stickers are of really good quality too. This one is a must for both journaling amateurs and aficionados alike!
As someone bang in the middle of a long and challenging mental health journey, this journal creates a compassionate and intentional space unlike any other I’ve seen so far. The journal prompts are very thoughtful, regulation and reflection becomes just a lil less tedious and confined to my mind. I’ve been painting and using permanent markers on the pages, the pages are great. Wouldn’t half mind stocking up on them in case they ever run out tbh.
As someone who goes through a hyperactive mind and anxiety, this journal has been so so helpful! Earlier my entire day will go in anxiety but now I can use these prompts and feel lighter instantly.
I just felt that the last section - which is for when you are overwhelmed also should have blank pages to write, where will I write for those prompts since each feeling has a section.
